I'm concerned about the pipeline. I don't think one pipe is enough. We need several pipes delivering a variety of gins. And if we added a vermouth pipe, we could make a variety of martini cocktails too. May I suggest Bombay, Hendricks and bathtub as the bare minimum. For preference I would add Edinburgh raspberry gin, Hepple and perhaps a fruity hoxton?

WRT delivery, may I suggest a sub phalanx of jaunty cyclists on butcher bikes that have been cunningly pimped to store all the necessary accoutrements - glasses, straws, umbrellas, ice buckets etc. It could operate like a modern day pony express, crisscrossing the country, delivering cocktail aid to all in need.
