I think I'm going to take the advice on here and keep my rhubarb gin in the freezer and pour it neat over ice cubes.

I love the idea of drinking it with prosecco but that would leave the conundrum of when to finish the rest of the prosecco - I could never leave it to go flat so I'd end up sozzled drinking it all in one evening!!!!

Burns Night

Six o'clock is a really smooth 'gin' gin - a proper juniper one. Beautiful bottle, 43%! Waitrose usually have it in.

Finally found an actual candle to go with the virtual one (onto 11 pages of them now).

I'm at centre parcs. It is such an odd place I will start a whole new thread about it.

I have several candles flickering for Zombie.

I am also eyeing up my selection of gins; I can recommend Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger, Darnley's View Spiced, Ungava and Strathearn Citrus at the moment...

Here's my candle. It doesn't smell (rank or otherwise), but it's pretty!
