Wrong to have a lazy day?

I'm currently off long term sick at work, however have become seriously demotivated to do anything. Yesterday my DP dragged me out the house to get me going, but today I'm tired and although I was awake at 8 (attempt to find a normal sleep routine) I just cba.

all I wanna do is watch Netflix and relax... am I wrong to ditch mopping the floor and going a long walk for a lazy "me" day (relaxing, pampering, etc)
