Migraines don't have to have accompanying head pain, so I would say these are migraines with no head pain. Oddly, I hardly ever get the visuals. When I do it's kind of like the herring bone zig zags that start in one corner then fill my whole field of vision.

Bollocks to washing machine breaking

Back from GP. He can't say what cause of rash is but all seems okay. Has prescribed steroid meds for a few days. I've just read the leaflet with it. Fucksake. He's confirmed I can take a different kind of antihistamine alongside the other ones if necessary.

Going to put my feet up.
