I love a man in a kilt. But then I am Scottish. DH doesn't wear one because he says men who wear specs can't wear kilts. I used to go to lots of weddings where all the men wore kilts.

hahaha! Somer - yes I agree, the writing is erm...... , but by gum , you have to keep reading. I enjoyed the first three much much more than the following ones. ( They have made a TV series called Outlander on Amazon I believe - I hear its quite watchable but don't have Amazon prime - maybe a good thing!).

There's not a lot to tell. He was awfully nice, very kind, joined the SBS, now runs yachts and private aircraft. Didn't want children for sad and personal reasons and it fizzled. Very good man.

Oi - and the tennis & footman lot. I told all about my date with the Cuban guitar player (well more than I'd tell my mother anyway) so to coin a Phalanx phrase - spill all now.

My mam hated being a navy wife he worked away 6 months at a time. Then she got pregnant with my brother the dates didn't add up and all hell broke lose.
