Can anyone advice on what to do here please 😩😩 took out insurance I'm second driver (I really am a casual user of the car so never lied there) anyway main driver had bailiffs after him so we switched it to my name so bailiffs couldn't touch it and today in the post he gets a letter from his insurance company asking for a copy of the logbook and both our licenses front and back, we've had this insurance for 3 months. What can I say to the insurance company? We are going to send of the logbook back into the main drivers name tomorrow but it really was only switched for the purposes of avoiding it being taken by bailiffs, were really worried we're going to get into trouble over this. What should we do? Anyone had this happen to them before? Thank you everyone xx
