As far as I know they don't get paid for individual vaccination but get paid extra if a certain target (%age)gets vaccinated (wouldn't think it mattered with what).
I doubt he personally would know much about it;as given by HV (he had to check with practice nurse for ds travel vaccin).
The BNF says available from health authorities or Farillon(?).
