Is there any way to stop pop ups?It is becoming ridiculous on my pc every day I get more and spend more time trying to delete them than anything else

yes, you can buy software called Norton Personal Firewall, which has a popup blocker - it's easy to install (i'm no techie)

if you have windows xp, then go into your control panel. Click network connections. Where your internet service provider is, right click on it. Go down to properties. Click on the advanced options tab. Put a tick in the box for the option of internet connection firewall. do this with all your internet providers if you have more than one. If you dont have windows xp then you can buy the norton firewall for about £25 for the year I think. HTH

Just in case as well, if you install the MSN toolbar it has a pop-ups blocker, (min ehas (324) pop-ups block already, and it dont cost you a penny

google toolbar blocks them too
mine currently says "864 blocked"

I did this and there are less but still getting a few,will keep trying
