Builders in Horsham area anyone?

My sister is about to buy her first home in Horsham. Not an area any of us know.

Does anyone have any builder/tradesman recommendations?

(or any other Horsham top tips!)

Thanks lockets. No children, she is young, free and single! Not sure where the house is, pretty central though I believe.

She has just had the survey done, and needs a few bits and bobs done, ie water tank above the little bedroom is bowing the ceiling (not good!) and I think the floor needs re-doing and another beam put in from where a fireplace was taken out. I think the houses on either side are holding the houses up, but surveyor wants her to put some strength back into it!

bluesky, were in horsham and just ahd a builder do some work, he was great, and very hard working, let me know if you want his number. He is in Horsham to - whereabouts are you moving to?

OK, well we found him under christal carpentry, but hes actually a master builder
