Someone please explain Phil and Ted's to me!

Keep seeing this name in list of wants etc.
Am not in the market for a pram or anything but just curious to know what is so fab about this make.

They are a single three wheeler so really easy to push/steer, light weight and fold up small, and all-terrain. You can then buy a doubles kit and convert your single pushchair into a double for siblings (not newborn twins only suitable for twins once they are 4 months or so). Closest rival is jane powertiwn which is much bulkier to fold, the seat are quite small for older toddlers and it can only be a double. HTH
