We are planning to move to the Tavistock area. Any advise on Junior schools and good areas to look for a home.Thank you.

I know the area reasonably well. My parents are not too far away and it is as much a lovely place as it was thirty odd years ago. Lots going on, thriving independent trade and a good market, lots to do with young children. Plymouth in easy reach if you need city retailers and Dartmoor too.

Are you looking to live in the town itself or one of the villages?
