Lots of lovely snow here in Worcester - schools all closed - so me, DH and DS all have a 'snow day'. Great being teachers sometimes...

I'm in Worcestershire which BBC national news is decribing as the worst hit county. 235 schools are closed, which is amazing really, we are such a tiny county I'm amazed we actually have 235 schools !

It's actually snowing quite hard now here in Blackpool!

Stopped snowing in North London about an hour ago. The snow is slowly turning into slush and it's quite slippery.

most of the schools are shut in the surrounding area, but 2 of the 3 my kids go to are open, so that didnt please them lol

also my bf came up overnight yesterday, but had to be at work for 8, left here at 6.45, got onto the A3 and sat totally still for over 2 1/2hours, due to a jack knifed lorry from the weather

Hi Cheesy - still have a dining room full of clothes and waiting for the lease to be completed ready to sign, so all going to plan so far!

We did have snow in March last year here in Blackpool - we were flying in from Dublin and had to be diverted mid flight to Manchester as they closed the airport, it was pretty deep!

Still snowing here - but not quite as heavily as it was earlier. Forecast now saying snow until tomorrow afternoon though, so I guess schools may be off tomorrow as well.

DH and DD have been in the garden over an hour!! We have a little mini snowman and my nice clean white garden has been trashed - they've now moved out to the front of the house!
