Sorry to whine here, but I really think I need to let other parents know that I have had an awful time with Blooming Marvellous lately over a play table and they have failed to either apologise or offer decent compensation. I'm really annoyed because I had good service from them the in the past, but I would now advise others to be careful about buying from them, especially if they actually want something to arrive by a certain date (for a birthday or Christmas in our case). We had months of frustration, non-cooperation and a very disappointed 3 year old. I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but why can't companises just own up, say sorry and really try to put things right rather than running for cover when confronted by the fact that they've made a mistake. I'm going to try to set up another thread on bad and good service generally so that we can benefit from each other's recommendations and warnings.
