Help, Ebay sellers advice needed re probs uploading to sell

This is doing my brain in. I have sold on Ebay a lot before but not since they have changed all the selling format. I have been trying all afternoon to put some items on to sell but it keeps coming up 'input error'.

The page I can't get past is the photos one, the size I normally download is 640 x 480 is that still OK as I can't load a lower resolution. Any other ideas where I might be going wrong.

Im not sure about the size of the photos, but I havent had problems uploading the photos. Is the file jpeg?

You can sort out all of your auctions offline and upload them at a time convienient to you. It may or may not solve your problem!

File size? They have to be under 100k I think.
