Where would one get a enormous scissors?

I am looking for one of those giant ones for cutting ribbons at events, does anyone know where I would get one?

It's for a friend who has done a big renovation on her house and I wanted to give it to her for fun, so it needn't be expensive. It's just for a photo. She did such a lovely job.
