Strange sexual sensation....

Sorry if it's a bit gross but I think I may have a small pile peeping out of my bot and scratching the itch feels intensely good, literally like a very intense orgasm, so good in fact that I'm a bit loathed to treat it as it's the best sensation I've had in a long time...am I weird or is normal for piles to give pleasure in this way?
