LONDON 24 hour restaurant/cafe/curry

I'm trying to find one of the above first a late night London visit this month. Anywhere between Canary Wharf and Victoria. Oh and preferably with a licence

There is a diner/restaurant attached to the casino on Totteham Court Road that is 24 hours and good food. May be other casinos have the same?!
