Research into mobiles and sleeping anyone?

A point in the right direction please, would like to read articles.
Don't know where to go and wondered if anyone could recommend some reading.
Would like to present any findings to dd (12) so not too much clever science

it is well known that the blue light on beepy-beepy toys affects sleep. More the issue is that she's probably jabbering/texting to friends at all hours.

no phones or screens in bedrooms. That's it. For getting up on time, there is a device called an alarm clock which needs no internet access.

there are plenty of grownups on here who won't believe bloody obvious facts because it doesn't suit. Don't let your kid turn into one. The answer is 'no'.

Special, there's nothing I can do to make her put her phone away and I know she isn't texting, just using it for an alarm.
So, if I can produce some results as to why she shouldn't use it as an alarm, this will be great.
Sorry, don't mean to sound naive, there's no way she'll text or social media, been there, done that, paid a huge price for it, last year.

She forgot her alarm clock, but she will pick it up at weekend.
I can't make her do it as I'm not there, so would rather she work it out for herself, as all the nagging doesn't do any good.
