all i wanted was to get dd3 mattress for her vikare bed so she wont risk cracking her head climbing out the cot.

utterly fed up. cant even change agencies as it takes ages to sort out training and paperwork.

its not my children she is caring for, its for my dh who needs someone with him 24hours a day. its a piss easy job as well. they get paid to sit around, watch tv and chat.

two turned up this morning, they had a discussion the hall, she said she was going and left, wasnt till i was out the door and said i'll see you at 4pm, did the other lady say she was onyl scheduled on for an hour (agency had doubled booked) She then switched her phone off, and they could get hold of her, managed to get the first lady to cover till someone else came on but they had another job at 1pm, so i had to come back home. by the time they did get hold of her she refused to come back as she had made other plans.

total fuck up on agencies and her p[art, but she knew she was scheduled on all day and other lady was only on for an hour.

Misdee - weren;t you posting exactly the same before I left three moenths ago. Surely this isn;t the same carer still around Or are you having a succession of crap ones?

sue, this is the same one. she was last here well before xmas and turned up late 3 times in a fortnight, and made me v late for collecting the children, unfortuntly today, the usual girl who have (who is lovely and reliable) is on holidays and she was the only one who could do the whole day.

the other carers are great, but i feel so pissed off because of this one carer.
