nope, dont have to qualified, we had a group of new recruits recently and to be honest, i dont know how any of them got through the interview.
let me know if you want any more info, what do you really really want to do though? i enjoy my job at the moment but its not something i want to be doing in ten years time IYKWIM, the people are lovely that i work with and the concessions that i get are amazing, but its just not challenging (mentally)enough for me!

sorry ,meant to ask you, when you was at sutcol was your tutor called sara allen? ive got interview with her on thurs and was wondering what she was like?

Yeah i know what you mean about the chalenging bit.

Sara Allen was in charge of my course but i didn't actually have her for any lesons. She is nice, but Pauline Ingram is scary and be warned, she expects you to read, write and listen to her all at the same time .

Hope your interview goes o.k. They are pretty informal anyway.
