Have no idea where this thread should be or what to call it so forgive me.
I'm a bit confused as to what constitutes deliberate misgendering.
If I believe a man doesn't become a woman until he has gender reassignment surgery and no longer has a penis and so call a man wearing women's attire a man it can't be deliberate misgendering can it?
