am sitting here whilst a viewing is going on - very weird feeling

Im having to sit here whilst the agent is showing a prospective purchaser round my house - it feels so weird although he is making some excellent noises

is he grunting in the right places, so you are on the move then, are you renting or selling ?

we're selling

he loves my house apparently it is beautiful

he did tell teh agent that the one thing he would do is to paint it all red live with it for a week and then decorate the same as it is now so it would feel like he'd done something.... in a good way

don't you have to go round with them and make encouraging noises?

the agent did all that. i had to sit on sofa and pretend i was busy
