Does anyone have any good ideas for 40th birthday party for DH, for probably 40 - 50 friends.

hire out a reataurant and have canapes a d drinks?

Venue with DJ to dance to all those classic 80's songs.

if taking out smaller group for a meal should I pay for it all, or champagne and drinks only?
