I have an accquanitance (she likes to call me her best friend - but not the case!) who was caught drunk driving, the figure was 103 !!!! I think, but she got 29 month (reduced by 25% if she goes on a course, £60 fine - but the bit I find confusing is she was tagged!! Now due to various "issues" with her and "stories" I think this may be unrelated. So question is: are you likely to get tagged for drink driving or could it be something else (I'm thinking along the lines of stalking, being a nuisance etc)?
This quite a story and I may divulge more later.
