he's ill and teething, i'm ill, both grumpy, no car

what am i going to do this afternoon? both have coughs. ds (6months) incredibly fractious don't know what to do other than go round the shops (again)...feeling like death, any suggestions? actually i know that there isn't an answer to this, but just felt like posting about my awful day

Oooh, poor you. Go and get a fab video for yourself, and a little treat? Have a nice warm bath together and maybe the steam will help you both? Ask a friend to come round with emergency chocolate? (chocolate IS good for tickly throats) or to play with ds so you can rest? Sorry - as you say, there may be no solution except toughing it out

should have taken your advice blu...instead went round the supermarket for the second time today (only so much you can fit into the bottom of a pushchair), quite pleased with the bits i picked up, got to paying and realised that i'd left my wallet at home...something like this was going to happen today...hope tomorrow's better
