hi all!!! Motivation needed. Any advise greatly appreciated too.

Just completing my business plan at the mo, went on a great course run at my local college and came away with some good advice and handouts. Let me know if you want some headings to work on and I'll cut and paste for you

Also, look here for downloadable spreadsheets (in Excel) complete with formulas - theres a profit & loss one and a cashflow forecast - really useful.

thanks!! ds2 is in a clingy mood today which makes it hard for me to work on it! Sometimes wish I could just buy a ready made plan I really want to get this done tho.

hi miaou, how kind of you!! I have got a set plan that I am filling in which has the stuff I need to fill in. I have appt with advisor tommorow! no secret, tis a beauty salon I wish to open. I have sooooo many idesa for buisness start ups but think this is more viable at mo.
