Hey I have currently bidded on a property for a council house and have came 1st I yesterday did my pre tenancy meeting which is mandatory !
So everybody regardless has to do this anyway, I was just wondering what happens after you win the bid does it mean it's mine ? I am on silver band as am living in a 3 bed house with my parents and my brother & im having to share a room with my 7 year old son, the property I came first on is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat.
Please help
