I'm looking for suggestions that are NOT dancing (one dance type spirals into another and before you know it you're spending £100 on show costumes ).

She needs an activity

a) because she is a little overly energetic
b) because she needs something that it hers rather than her and DS
c) i just think she'd like it

The local leisure centre does various afternoon type things - trampolining, gym etc, but I have no-one who can have DS on a regular basis during afternoon school hours (Considering the centre creche but I've never used anything like that and am apprehensive).

Sooo... I need suggestions of activites and then suggestions on how I find them locally!!!

(She's gotta be 5 to start Rainbows hasn't she?)

Is there much action involved with JoJingles? She's not too good at the sitting still thing

Rainbows is for children 5-7, but you need to put her name done early.

My 2 dd's enjoyed Tumble Tots, lots of fun and really tired them out.

Once she is 4 she can join Stagecoach. The price is all inclusive, no costume or show costs ever( I know whatyou mean about dancing usually) My dd loves it.

Dd has just started Tumble Tots and she is enjoying that too.
