i'm a 34D in normal bra's, do you tend to go for the same size in sports bra's?
anyone recommend a good one for running in?

Hi Lilybird - yes I do. Am normally a 32D and wear the same size sports bra.

They come in different "grades" for low/medium/high impact sport, so for running you need high impact.

I have several but my favourite is the Shock Absorber which is a polyester cotton mix, comes in black/white/nude and costs about £26 from Bravissimo; I think the bigger department stores stock them as well. Definitively try before you buy!

Agree with Bienchen - Shock Absorber Impact level 4 is the best. Bravissimo or Debenhams. I'm a 34DD.
