I'm returning a parcel the i bought on line and it has to go back via DHL. The website isn't clear and neither is the website from the company who i bought from.
Do I merely take the parcel to my nearest DHL agent (as found on the DHL website) and they give me a receipt? I have an RMA number and the a/c number?
Or is there more I need to do first?
I'd really like to get this sorted today and the custom service dept is closed.
