MBTs-Anyone Got Some?

Just wondered if they are any good before I go and spend £95.

Whats MBTs?

My dsis loves hers, I think they may be worth a go.

Stands for "Masai barefoot technology".

They are basically trainers which have a strange shaped sole which makes you walk differently.
THey are supposed to improve posture,core strength and help lose weight-apparently

My Great-Granny used to wear just one like that, to help straighten up her spine. It always reminds me of something very orthopaedic.
