How to replace integrated fridge freezer?

Never had one till we bought this house. My freezer is integrated and think I need a new one. The seal has gone and door won't close properley.

Do I just buy one and the shop will install it or what?

You can normally replace the seals...unless you have spent good time wrenching it off to justify buying a new one !
