How can I add a background image to an email that doesn't repeat?

I am trying to create a party invitation for DH using outlook that he can email around. I want to use a background image of where we live.

I have tried setting it up as stationary but the image keeps repeating. Is there a way I can stop this or a way I can define the size of the email window.

Or should I use another method. Have had a play with word and also using dreamweaver but not much success.

Don't want to spend too long figuring it out as its not my party!

Anyone got any tips?
Thanks

I have my outlook set up so that word edits my messages - I assume that means I can do everything in the e-mail that I can in word? So would putting in a section break stop it from repeating.

As an alternative can you not just insert it into a word document and send the word document as an attachment?

Sorry never used dreamweaver so I may be talking crap.

Well I did try word but it seemed to repeat in that too. Will have another go though. The things I do for DH!

I know its really weird but I love doing stuff like that - I just keep niggling until it works.

Have you tried doing an internet search as there is usually a forum somewhere discussing techie stuff!!

Thanks but I had looked quite a lot in the microsoft help. Didn't think to google it though. Came to mumsnet first []

I've done it as an image in the end and just sent him that.

Thanks for helping though
