Hi.. has anyone ever had a problem with rayburn? I've had problems with them since we got ours.. it was brand new and has been over heating since day one.... we've had people put to replace parts and 'fix' things but it keeps over heating/breaking.. rayburn have said it's normal wear and tear when it clearly isn't... has anyone else had problems with them? We really don't no what else we can do.. please help? Any experiences will be helpful.. what did you do
