I went to the post office today to post some stuff that I sold on eBay. Two of the packets were identical but I was charged small parcel for one and large letter for the other! She said I must have folded it differently!?!
I mentioned to my mum and she said a similar thing happened to her with Christmas cards.
I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else. Are we being conned?
