My 7 yr old dd beat me in a swimming race yesterday and I know I'll never catch up with her again! (I used to be a competition swimmer in my youth)

well, she must take after her mummy Cam!

well done to you 7yr old, don't feel too bad just accept they must have your genes to be a good swimmer...

Oh thanks, ml and mn, yes she has recently joined a swimming club so will be in galas and things herself soon.
