mum and baby groups

So i finally have the confidence to go to mum and baby groups but every one in my area is either earlier than when my son wakes up or doesnt run on days i can go to. Does anyone know of any in the Newport gwent area? Id be really greatful

Can't advise about your area but the baby groups near me are all at lunchtime jus when DS has his big nap. I have given up on them!

Mine run 9:30-11 and he doesnt get up till 9:30-10 so by the time hes had breakfast and changed i would only be there 20 minutes
