Hi. My daughters pack is desperate for people to train as leaders, really in danger of closing in a rural community.
Could you tell me realistically how long it might take to complete a qualification? The website says 6 months, can it be completed more quickly? I am a secondary teacher, experienced in planning lessons, trips, concerts, completing risk assessments, communicating with parents etc have experience of managing funds from previous job.
Secondly, is it right that a pack can only go on camp with more than 1 leader and all must be license holders? From the website it looks like 1 must be a license holder, but was told tonight this wasn't the case.
Any insight much appreciated.
