Yes she does. I left her a msg. Have also emailed her. Not much else I can do really.
She's usless, we have had a broken fence for weeks and she hasn't done anything about it.
She will have to fork out alot of money to sort out all the damage the leaks caused.

I am staying at my mums over christmas then off to newcastle to stay wil dps family so not much of a problem. Just means we will be returning to a very cold house.

what you can do is leave a voicemail message and say that if someone doesnt get back to you you'll have to find another plumber and bill her/him
