I have a leak. A man was ment to come over today to sort it out but he hasn't turned up. I don't know what to do. My landlady has her phone off. Would trurning the water off help? If so how the hell do I do that?

lornaloo · 23/12/2006 14:01

Can you put a bucket under the leak? Is that possible? Can you see the leak? Or is just the floor all wet?

The floors all wet and the cieling has wet patches all over it in the front room. Do you know how I can turn the water iff in the house?
