I have just found out today that my boss and my manager are trying, to use their words "get rodf of me". I hate my job, have been trying despertaly and goign to interviews to get another one, however i don't like the thought they they cabn go behind my back and plot to sack me. I need advice about a)unfair dismissal or b) a good contact to speak to abotu this. I work in travel so am not in a union, have worked full time for more than a year, am the best sales person in the shop - but the fact is that i hate my boss, he hates me, and this has all sparked from me asking him to pay for an eye test which i'm legally entitled to.
I will be the 3 rd person he will have just told to walk in the last 12 months, as well as another staff member who was told one evening that he wssn't sure if he wanted her back in the next day. See the charmer we're dealing with.
