Child Modelling - All based in London ?

Are most child modelling agencies all based in London does anyone know ?
There is no way I'd want to drive or travel into London so wondered if there were any around Berkshire/ Hampshire/ Oxfordshire or surrounding counties ?
Any agencies to avoid or ones to pursue ?
I'd be interested in your comments or suggestions
