Aaaagh websites keep appearing

I am a complete computer numpty but websites keep popping up (never happened before). Have pop-ups blocked. It's driving me mad - can someone tell me what to do?

What sort of websites keep popping up? Does it only happen when you access a certain website or with anything? Have you downloaded anything lately?

Try downloading and running anti spyware software like Adaware or Spybot. Both are free - google them.
