have you ever done this before using this camera and this pc? have you loaded the software?

lornaloo · 15/12/2006 21:12

Dp has transfered pics using the cam and pc. I haven't. Yes the software is on there. I haven't a clue what im doing wrong. It is connected properly, at least I think it is.

when you've got it connected are you then switching the camera on?

lornaloo · 15/12/2006 21:16

it is saying,
No supported device connected.
You must connect a supported device to use this command.
You may need to press a button on the camera dock to establish a connection.
