help please internet explorer

the bar across the top that has the things you clikc on for forward / back / refresh etc seems to have dissappeared...

any idea how i can get them back?

have opened and closed explorer, and restarted machine but its still not there

right click on the menu bar somewhere and click "standard buttons" which won't have a tick by it.

does anyone else have trouble copying and pasting with the edit button too?

i just right click copy then right click paste...

or do conrol c and control v!
