HELP hole in tooth

My two year old has a hole in moler and won't let dentist fix it. Has anyone any suggestions on how to get master to stay still and open mouth to get it fixed Doctor said try Phenergan to try and make him sleepy but I don't know about giving two yr old this drug???

If you do go ahead with Phenergan then I would suggest you try it before the trip to the dentist because it can send some kids the other way. It is fine for a 2 year old to have it BTW, and getting the tooth fixed would probably outweigh any negatives.

Thanks, I talked to a pharmasist & he said it will be fine, but yes to try it before making an appointment. I have tried bribery but that didn't work, also got his friend to sit in the seat & he let the dental nurse in his mouth, stubbon little man
