Threadkilling - nothing to be sad about!

I don't get the threadkilling sadness.

I mean, sometimes just everything has been said, surely?

And if I was last to say it, then that should be a good thing, right?

Cos it means I have won and I am lord of all things thread. No?

nah, i can't agree hunker... sometimes when i look on threads i'm on and read that sniffy lecture in red type that says 'Aitch, you are on too many threads today, we've not got time to be buggering about for you. Oh, okay then we'll search the last 40 and you'll should be grateful we're bothering at all given the rubbish you spout' (or whatever it says...) and then i see that half of those twenty have been murdered by me and lie lonely and unloved in unmarked 'chat' graves, i do feel like a terrible tool.
