Phil and Ted replacement tyres for running

I'm not sure where to put this but does anyone know if it's ok to run with a P&Ts? I also need new tyres and inner tubes so wondered other than the main site does anyone know if any other/cheaper places to get them from. Thanks.

We used to have an older model P&T and bought replacement inner tubes and tyres from a bike shop. The wheels were a standard size. Perhaps try taking one of the wheels off and taking it to a bike shop.

I can't comment on running though, I'm very lazy.
