I have a small claims case going at the moment and am debating how far to take it. It is going to be "heard" by a magistrate although I do not have to be there to put in my twopenceworth.
It relates to the return of a security deposit.
Anyone got a story to relate? I feel like giving up at the moment and dropping the whole thing. It has been said that the judges decision relies very much on what sort of mood he/she is in. After all the hassle I have been through, I'll be gutted if we don't win it.
