Does anyone know what those thin punched spine things which you use in stationery folders to are called? They've got a sticky bit all the way down the length of them which you use to attach onto documents/booklets etc so you can flip through them freely.
It is driving me blimmin' nuts trying to find these online. I used to use them at work but my brain's frazzled since then. Thanks for any input here!

Do you mean plastic pockets?

These?

No, they're not pockets. Just imagine the hole punched bit on the lefthand side without the pocket, so its like long thin strips of A4 or A5 (depending on the size) only sticky all the way down so that you can stick booklets/leaflets etc to them.

They're so useful and I need some to do a folder so all the leaflets I'm gathering don't just fall out as they would if I used plastic pockets. Thanks anyway Frosty
